Service at St. Dyfnog's Church, Llanrhaeadr on Tuesday, 17 June at 10.45am followed by committal at St. Asaph Crematorium at 12.00noon.

Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received towards St. Dyfnog's Church and St. Kentigern Hospice.
